I was a walk-in and Ms. Brown was ready to assist and guide me through the process of obtaining a storage unit the best suited my needs. I genuinely appreciate her attention to the task at hand. During the processing of my application, there were two individuals whom gave no acknowledgement that she was in the midst of assisting me, however, she handled them with aplomb and professionalism and continued to assist me.
