I was a walk-in and Ms. Brown was ready to assist and guide me through the process of obtaining a storage unit the best suited my needs. I genuinely appreciate her attention to the task at hand. During the processing of my application, there were two individuals whom gave no acknowledgement that she was in the midst of assisting me, however, she handled them with aplomb and professionalism and continued to assist me. Thank you Anchor Self-Storage and Magdalene Brown for your attentiveness to the task at hand, rendering effective customer service.

I needed to de-clutter and prepare for a down-size move, and so I needed to find a convenient storage business. I compared locations, prices, ... I needed to de-clutter and prepare for a down-size move, and so I needed to find a convenient storage business. I compared locations, prices, and reviews and set up a couple of appointments to make my final decision. My first visit was to Anchor Storage - with Magdelene (she runs this location). My gosh - What a fun/funny feel-good experience it turned in to! She's certainly a breath of fresh air! During a tour of the facility, and seeing how clean, well-organized, and well-managed Anchor was I cancelled the rest of my appointments, rented a unit there and my day was done! (Except, or course, for the all of the movind and storing I still had to do! Lol!)
